Abbreviated parking policy
- Parking at the Burlingame Retail Center is reserved exclusively for guests who are actively and continuously shopping at businesses inside the shopping center boundaries.
- Green Zone spaces are limited to 15–20 minutes (as posted). 2-Hour Zones and Blue Zone disabled spaces are limited to a maximum of 2 hours.
- Disabled (Blue Zone) spaces are subject to the same customer-only rule and 2-hour maximum that apply to the rest of the property.
- Workers, employees, repairmen, tradesmen, construction crews, vendors, and anyone not shopping on the property may not park here at any time.
- Walking off the property tows the vehicle — even if the driver was a customer before walking off or intends to shop after returning. Parking is only valid while physically on the property and actively shopping inside it.
- Vehicles in violation are removed immediately by Action Towing at the owner's expense.
